Chef Christie Masse is an industry warrior, working as a professional chef, consultant, entrepreneur, and food writer since 2008 and leading a teaching kitchen since 2012. A graduate of the top rated Stratford Chefs School, Chef Masse has bought the ticket and taken the ride with some of the best chefs, nationally and internationally, picking up their habits and skills along her journey. She is an advocate for kitchen labourers and women's rights in the industry. She is also convinced she is possessed by Edesia, the goddess of feasting.
